Sun Tzu's Art of War is a must-read, Clausewitz's On War is really tough, Machiavelli's Art of War is interesting, and I myself enjoyed Guderian's Achtung Panzer, and the Rommel Papers (edited by Liddell-Hart). Rommel's Infanterie Greift An is on my to-read list. It's really a matter of personal preference though.
