Mansions are stupid. More than ten rooms in a house? What are you going to do with that much space, honestly? You got the livingroom, the 3 bedrooms, the naked cocaine time room, you have the office, the tv room and the kitchen. Plus basement which you turn into a bunker and the attic which is probably the naked cocaine time room, because where else would that be and the eight bathrooms, because that's apparently how estate value is measured- in bathrooms.
I live in a two room apartment and I'm positive there's a gremlin in whatever room I'm not in. I'd have a stroke. I'd have to have a servant to close all the doors so it can't watch me, and I'd have to hire people to sit in at least two of the empty rooms and talk so ghosts don't come--- a mansion is just too much hassle.
