Difficult to tell, but it probably goes against a 'philosophical' critique of science. It is funny insofar as the person who created it doesn't seem to have a clear understanding of what science is, because "bayesian probability models derived from empircal observation" hasn't much to do with actual science (if you have a traditional understanding of science, as for example physicists or chemists have, that is getting understanding of the structure/mechanisms of the studied object and not getting approximation out of huge amounts of data)
