Well, if you're still there OP, I really like Plotinus. He's probably the best example of the antropomorphism that was criticized by Nietzsche, but I can't help but feel that his metaphysics still drives the world today. By this I mean that due to all the "enjoyable" information we're bombarded with on a daily basis makes us think that we're just souls from another world contemplating ideas, combining hedonism and transcendence.
