Would you ever defile yourself by renting books on an e-reader rather than owning the physical copy?

>> No.3839078

i can't bear it.
one day, when books are no longer available in physical form.

E-Reader, absolutely disgusting.

>60 years in the future
>"Grandpa, what's with all those paper bricks you keep in your e-reader shelf?"

>> No.3839084

No. Even when the government makes owning physical copies of books illegal, I'll be the leader of some underground community that is constantly seeking to expand their massive hidden library.

>> No.3839099

e-readers are disgusting. i understand the convenience but it's revolting. I can find almost any classic book for 0.01$ + 3.99$ on amazon

>> No.3839104

I hope you peons acknowledge that owning books is a pseudo intellectual form of materialism.

Renting?
What's the point of an e-reader if you're not pirating?

If you're going to pay money, you should own a physical copy.

If it's free, you shouldn't complain about not owning a real copy, and the experience-loss you get from reading it off an e-reader should be part of the cost that you endure for getting it for nothing
