trying to get handshakes in the cold from clocked out workers is one of the loneliest feels a book has ever given me

>> No.3826503

Hunter S Thompson was an incredible writer and it's a shame that his legacy has been so tied to F&L in LV because it's only one small part of what he did. Fear and Loathing on the Campaign Trail, Hell's Angels, his political writing on Nixon, Strange Rumblings in Aztlan... he was such a talented writer and so worth reading.

I still wouldn't say that he's my favorite author but he was really talented and great.
