What's the opposite of romanticism?
like someone who love the industrial revolution and all mechanical stuff, machines and modernity
steampunk is fantasy and futurism is well futuristic and the industrial revolution is history by now.

The immediate "antithesis" (I'd call it response, instead ) would definitely be realism and naturalism. And that has nothing to do with loving machines;on the contrary, it's a allegedly critical view of the industrial revolution and it's (side) effects.
