Well the belief that there is some morality, despite it being self-imagined, suggests the existence of a greater being which established that morality (Though it could very well be a symptom of an extreme narcicist.) I would say its more of an opposition to organized religion (and of course nihilism) than anything.

It's redundant, not unlike this thread's self faggotry.

What's the point of opposing organized religion? If a God exists, there's no reason He can't command that he be worshiped in a particular manner, or establish an earthly institution or hierarchy.

In what way has organized religion failed every time?

In the real world.

But in what way have they failed? The original Christians sees, for example, have existed for nearly 2,000 years and are still going. How have they failed?

Satan runs civilization.

And? Why does a religion need to control civilization in order to "not fail"? I think Christians would tell you that that isn't their goal.

>> No.3752312

>>3752240
Your point, and my point, is that religion lacks control in civilization, and sticks to the imaginary land. (And needs to stay out of politics.) That last part was just me.

How can you argue that organized religion is nothing but a failure? It's dogmatic so it doesn't function well with a flexible and progressing society, and it have little to do with the existentialistic faith, I assume we're talking about here.
