I just started reading Nietzsche's Beyond Good and Evil, but I was wondering if this was his best work or if he had others that were more interesting or thought-provoking.

Depends on your particular preference. Some like earlier Nietzsche. BG&E is god tier though. Probably my favourite together with Homo Science.

Thus Spoke Zarathustra is my favorite. I've read five books of Nietzsche's, and that is the one I continue to revisit. I've read it three times now. Beyond Good & Evil was my first, and I have never re-read it. But it is probably a good point of introduction to Nietzsche's philosophy
