You could talk about your personal experience of sports i.e how do you feel when you do sports, how is it rewarding, how it has allowed you to meet people, how you feel commited to it...

You can do sports (And only sports), but you have to talk about how it developed you WHILE being incredibly interesting. More specifically, talk about an event that changed your life (related to your sport) and then relate that single event to the questions being asked

Ex:

>After a fight with Rocky Balboa, I became self actualized in some aspect of my life that has improved me and others
