Well there are. I always read on the top floor of my university's library, right at the back in a secluded corner where the literature is. Every fucking desk is occupied by chinks all day studying math, they get there early and eat their food at the desk, which they aren't supposed to, sleep there when they get tired, then get together and gossip in moonspeak around 8pm.
