Have any suggestions for books about finding oneself, any type of self-improvement for the already confident person trying to become more humble?

Basically what >>3476465 and >>3476509 said. It wouldn't improve much though. It will just toss some ideas in and at least you won't feel alone.
So just write down a summary of your life and then describe your daily life and your daily impressions, even if it doesn't make any sense.
