What does /lit/ think of lolita? I personally love it.

everyone here likes it. you should ask a more openended question instead of one which amounts to a binary, yes/no answer

Such as, what qualities do you think Lolita excelled at, where did it fall short?

Had a raging erection throughout the reading of this book.

Hated HH

I didn't really get the whole Clare Quilty part at the end, I didn't think he was deserving of getting murdered like that and I don't think he had such an effect on Lolita leaving Humbert Humbert as he liked to think.
Also, the whole end part of the book, where H.H. was losing his mind, carrying a gun and expecting impending doom, it all reminded me a lot of Crime and Punishment.

pale fire is way better

Quite literally one of my favourite I've personally read, even though thats quite cliche on /lit/

I found it more boring than sartres nausea

I'd rather fap to post-pubescent women than read this boredom again

Curious, why did you find Nausea boring?
