consciousness awoke one day, it awoke inside the most complex self assembled molecular machinery the universe has ever seen.
Through millions of years of the most fearsome arms race never witnessed, molecules fighting for energy from the heavens to react themselves and make copies. Something is created, reacted, stolen from entropy itself. A part of the universe is able to study itself.
How can you not be a metaphysical naturalist?
