Hey OP. I have a lot of ASMR triggers.
Check out some of the stuff they have on youtube.
Practicing some breathing techniques helps out a lot as well. To me it feels like a part of my brain is being scratched or massaged. Nice tingling sensation I've gotten randomly throughout my life.
