I once had an anxiety attack that I was convinced was a heart attack, and I was still too shy to phone an ambulance. That's probably how I will die. Death by telephonophobia.

I just had one last night. Literally the worst thing ever.

>Was having a party being a collegefag and being drunk
>Everyone go in other room
>Sit on couch
>Start feeling light headed/out of body-ish
>Realize time is relative and in this exact state of mind and consciousness, I will (hopefully not) soon feel my body shutting down as I'm dying of some terrible disease (based on family traits, either a heart attack or cancer... joy)
>Overwhelming existentialist mental breakdown

As an infrequent smoker with some lung problems myself I've experienced total abstinence is best, but if you have to, limit yourself to one or two smokes a week. You may also look into smoking pipes and cigars, since you enjoy the pleasure of smoking and nicotine without inhalation. In a well ventilated room or outdoors, of course.

I might as well go cold turkey. That doesn't do me much good.

I'm just gonna sit this fucker out until I'm well enough to go back to a half a pack a day.

>> No.3301457

>>3301057
Half a pack a day is shitty. To me, at least. When in full health, I find one to three smokes a day to be optimal. First one after dinner.
