I'll be staying with family very shortly for two weeks, anyone want to recommend 3-4 paperbacks easily available at most second hand book stores to fill the time? For what its worth I'm Australian and severely under read.

Anything but fantasy. I feel I need to catch up on things that should be read circa 20th century.

Just saying that if you haven't read any Vonnegut before, Breakfast of Champions isn't is best. I'd grab either Cat's Cradle or Slaughterhouse 5. Or Mother Night.

>> No.3257332

>>3257313
Read 'em both. Going to add Mother Night and Happy Birthday, Wanda June to the list.
I made a Goodreads account recently and added more to my list. Hopefully I can read it all in two years.
