Yeppers. Sometimes I buy the Soft cover because it's cheaper but would I prefer a hard cover? I dono. Sometimes, keeps it sturdy, feels more solid.

Kind of a vapid question.

One lasts, the other is cheap. It's a conditional choice and there isn't much to consider.

I hate hard cover. I don't even know why, so... rigid. I want a pocket book I can carry everywhere and is not all "hey look at me I'm a book" although old hard covered books are so nice

i don't like swinging around something unnecessarily bulky. takes up too much space, inconvenient if i want to slip it in a bag to read later and have to carry this big bulky thing around all day. i am a bit fan subconsciously of having my books as compact and accessible as possible.
also, um. i would never be able to afford a mansion large enough to contain all my novels if they were converted to hardcover.
and i like taking long hikes to places where it'd be impossible to tote a large book. like, say, halfway up cliff faces and other interesting things.
good night.
