Sup /lit/. In my english class, we have to write a page long short story on something from the Cask Of Amontillado. Anyway, the story has to be about one of the "Previous Offenses" Fortunado does to Montressor sometime earlier in the storyline. I don't want you guys to write me a story, I just want you to give me an Idea to expand upon. If you do this, I'll probably post the story here tomorrow, OP's honour.

Montressor, starts out by saying that he had "borne" the insults of Fortunato(fuck you for typing Fortunado) as best as he could.

"but when he ventured upon insult, I woved revenge", does that tell you anything about what the fuck Fortunato did to piss off his murderer, you dolt? READ IT AGAIN.

Another hint? Look at the way Fortunato speaks to Montressor, the way he acts towards him, MASONS, what the hell does it tell you? He's not very nice to him, is he?

Downright degrading, almost so he deserved being left there to die.
