Help me develop this story, /lit/.

So, I was about to go to sleep yesterday and a great concept hit me. I jumped out of bed and wrote two pages of a bunch of stuff, like a brainstorm.
I have this concept, but I have no characters and no themes. For example, if it was the script for "Alien" I would have the alien so far and nothing else.
How do I go from here? I have never written anything in my life. This idea is really good and I don't want to waste it.

> tl;dr version: I have this concept, but I have no characters and no themes. How to develop the rest?

Make a character who fits the concept. Make him life through that shit. Now you have a story. Think about things that influence that character, further plot progression etc. Now you have a theme. It's not THAT hard.

Thanks!
I've written down a bunch of stuff now (658 words, to be precise). I have two characters so far, a villain and a side character. No hero so far :(
