When will you idiots learn that the amount of fat and muscle in your body is decided by:
1. Genetics
2. Hormones in your blood
3. Amount of calories you eat
4. Exercise?

The type of calories you eat is COMPLETELY irrelevant, eating "healthily" and taking protein powders will make NO difference whatsoever.

Lmao it's impossible to consume pure carbs unless you make a conscious effort to do so and this is an extreme example. You realise that if you eat whatever macros you want that it's going to end up relatively normal distribution? If you dont have enough fat, you will crave nuts, if you don't have enough carbs, you will crave ice cream. People on this forum are so retarded it's unbelievable.
