Dies the Fire (A Novel of the Change).
Good or bad?

It's good, not great. The setting and the way people begin rebuilding and defending themselves is very cool. However, the author seems to have a hard on for Wicca, and a large number of characters never shut the fuck up about it. Personally, for me, that dragged the book down and put me off of reading the others in the series. I don't want to constantly read about how great a religion is in a fictional novel, regardless of which religion it is. Aside from that it's a good book.

In the book they explain about the change? What, how and why happened?
