Never got one, there's even a link on the bookstore site I use to make my purchases to let a little detail/comment when you're finishing the transaction. I always ask for some bookmarks, but they never send it.
I keep buying on this bookstore tough, they have nice literary projects for kids and adults and they only hire people that are truly interested in books, so you always have a nice chat when you go there.
