Man, I'd actually enjoy reading if I could find a comfortable position to do so. How do I find my equilibrium while reading, /lit/?
Also, how fucked up am I if my favorite book is "The Magus" by John Fowles?

Take a big stick, hang it over your shoulders, while keeping it in place with your arms. Your hands should now be close to your head without much effort. Now you can read while being in balance.

Not much, it's the best book I've read by him. It is beloved by young males, though, so I'm not sure if it'll stand up as a favourite over a number of decades.

The most comfortable position to read is sitting in the shade in a low chair that you can lean back in. Your feet are in the sun, but the rest of your body is in the shade. You hear the distant buzz of a lawn mower and can feel the pleasant cooling condensation of the glass of iced water sitting next to you on the ground.

read in bed (naked).

I think everyone's different. I like reading lying on my side, but I have to roll over with every page,
lying on the right for the left-hand page, and left for the right. Not a very efficient method, but I like it.

The Magus? Meh. . . I think "Eyes Wide Shut," which I take as a loose adaptation of the Magus is better.

Mogdiliani is the guys' favourite artist. Pleb as fuck for a supposed elite dude.

Crossed legs, book in both hands, sat up straight* on the floor.

*slouching means muscles are needed to keep you upright and it gets sore without a back rest, so let your spine do the work

You just reminded me of myself as a kid. I would lie down to read a book and could never go more than a page without switching sides.

I remind myself of being a kid. I've done that since I was 12...

I think it's time you invested in an e-reader.

if you're under age 13 you're normal.

if you're older than age 13 it's not bad but still rather sad.
