I am unable. Apart from a couple of old Art documentaries, though, it should all still be available through public trackers. I'd recommend getting the TTC lectures that are labelled alphabetically, that's appraoching 1TB on its own and they're mostly good.

There's the Today Programme and The World Today from the BBC which are free.

It's also quite straight forward to find FT Europe and NYT online.
