I sat on my bed
The darkness surround
In my head
But nothing I have found

I sat there crying
I felt out of place
My heart was dying
Needing someones embrace

And in the shadows
I saw you there
Your eyes not shallow
You were floating in air

You reached down to me
Your hand touched my face
I looked up to see
Your loving gaze

Our eyes met
And you said with glee
Dont be upset
You are here with me

The darkness was fading
Light taking its place
As if it was waiting
A tear down my face

Then our lips met
And I finally knew
My life was set
It was to be with you...
