Great Tier:
Nazo no Kanojo X

Refined Taste Tier:
Polar Bear Café

Good Tier:
Eureka Seven AO, Jormungand, Space Brothers, Hyouka, Tsuritama

Meh Tier:
Medaka Box, Sankarea, Tasogare Otome x Amnesia

New Lupin, aside from ep. 2, is mediocre.

Sakamichi no Apollon is pretty decent but they cut too much scenes. You should read the manga and watch the music scenes on youtube.

Fate/Zero is a mediocre adaptation of a decent fantasy series.

Tsuritama is somewhat ok.

Nazo no Kanojo X and Sankarea are medicre shows

Polar Bear Café , Medaka Box, Tasogare Otome x Amnesia are terrible shows.

About Uchuu Kyoudai I'm reading the manga.
So far (vol. 12) is very good.
