Where can I buy (preferably new, not used) rare books online that will ship to Canada? So far I've checked the only place I know of, Chapters-Indigo and not come up with much.

I'm looking for S.T. Joshi's biographies of Lovecraft.

I Am Providence: The Life and Times of H. P. Lovecraft
Is the updated and limited edition version H.P. Lovecraft: A Life. You will not find I Am Providence for under 100 dollars since it is a limited edition. They only printed a 1000 copies.
