There are tonnes of courses to help you with diction, as regards becoming more voluble and eloquent, I have no idea.

Pick books with dialogues on them, even better if they are nothing but dialogues, read them and re-read theam, write them down and re-write them down, start making little modifications, copy their style, make them your own, and do this on a one to several hours a day basis untill you achieve, sire. Godspeed

Hate bringing up HP, but Rowling wrote pretty natural dialogues. Funny too, if that's your cup of tea.

read thomas browne.

Is this a joke? Rowling is a terrible writer. The dialogue in Harry Potter is some of the worst in modern literature.

I actually thought a lot of the idle dialogue was okay, when she's trying to push the plot along with dialogue it starts falling apart.

Is that you, op? I smell steroids. Your traps are way too developed, and your lack of similar core growth makes you look like a gorilla. Your shoulders also points towards an unatural linear growth.

read a ton and read well. although it might appear to be a passive activity, reading is far from it, and it will ingrain in your mind many sentence structures and words. i imagine listening to well-spoken talk radio show hosts could accomplish the same thing (the comedian adam carolla has often said that this very thing helped him develop a more eloquent speech).

you're also going to want to use it, so make sure to write in whatever form you choose, or if you can, try to befriend some bookish people who won't look down on you for using educated language.

Speak to people. Like, a lot. At parties, online, wherever, but focus hardest on actively listening, repeating key phrases, and asking relevant followup questions, a surprisingly large number of people just don't do this. Level grinding is the only way to improve this skill.

Seriously, becoming god-tier conversationalist will get you pussy more than anything else you can do.
