Anyone read this?

Do you recommend it?

What are your thoughts and opinions on it (just no spoilers)?

OP, I am so close to spoiling this for you for two reasons:

1. Why would you want to discuss a novel you haven't even read? That's some backwards thinking there.

2. If you don't want something spoiled, don't talk about it publicly. I would spoil this for you, but I still have some respect for others here.

If you want to discuss a book here, please read it first.

Lastly, while Dostoevsky wrote executed some mighty fine plot details, he's not the type of author where knowing the plot details are integral to appreciating the books.

One of the most highly regarded authors of all time and definitely one of his top three books and you're wondering if it's recommended?

Try google.com next time.

Read it... Dostoyevsky is not difficult to read, so that won't be a problem. That book is also quite short. It's also pretty good.

read it a couple summers ago, I liked it a lot. Russian names slowed down my reading, but it was very enjoyable and had some seemingly profound things to say
