After searching using the usual methods, I am unable to come up with an ebook of J. G. Ballard's Kingdom Come. So I turn my weeping eyes to you, /lit/ in the hopes that some anon will have it and want to share it with me. I can offer other Ballard ebooks in return if you'd like.
