Alright, I've been trawling the depths of Kindle to find myself some decent smut lately, and in the last couple of days I've read Succubus Summoner 101 and 201, Prison Ship Sheol, and Pic related, Augur: Sin and Glamour.
I don't particularly like most harem fantasy simply because it doesn't go hard enough on the smut, while the plot is rarely good enough to carry it on its own.

Augur: Sin and Glamour kicks off with the protagonist, who is basically a bit part mystic, being asked by his landlady to check on a tenant, after she had discovered weird shit in his room doing a welfare check and got spooked. Inside, he stumbled into a half finished summoning ritual, and all of a sudden his talent of mild prophecy starts telling him the only way he gets through the night alive is by finishing the ritual.
I enjoyed this one, although it has a couple of problems relating to the author being one of those huge pussies who is all about affirmative consent. Anyone who reads it will immediately know what I mean when they encounter it.
Despite that, this book has plenty of the smut i was looking for so I still enjoyed it.

Second was Succubus Summoner 101, and 201 my M.E Hydra
These were great. Extremely heavy on the smut, but with a plot that was enjoyable as well. The protagonist summons a succubus, as the title implies. But not the sanitized, safe version from most modern smut. A succubus in this series is a straight up infernal hell-slut who wants to eat your soul through your cock. The author himself described this series as Erotic Horror, and he's not wrong, this is a fun series with a very different tone to most harem fantasy and I liked it a lot. Unfortunately it doesn't look like the author is active anymore so no 301 on the horizon.

Prison Ship Sheol by Nicholas Gaumer on the other hand is quite light on the smut. the Protagonist exists on a backwater planet in a sci-fi universe with institutionalized misandry to a comical degree. He gets called in to run some repairs on a prison transport (which is unusual since he's a man, but there's a lack of (wo)manpower). Shit goes sideways, there's an enemy attack, he ends up with an Admiral's ID chip, and the government decides to make him the scape goat meaning he has no choice but to essentially accept the role of interstellar Dread Pirate, with a prison ship full of political prisoners are various sexy exotic (all female) aliens.
Lighter on the smut, but the author is so much of a shameless chud (most of the antagonists are literal Femi-Nazis) that I couldn't help but enjoy this series.

Thank you for reading my blog, give me more recommendation for smut. The smuttier the better, the trend of 1-2 scenes a book sucks.

I don't know why so many so called "Main Characters" always end up getting cucked and still getting with the girl who betrayed them! At least Japanese isekai MCs who despite their moralfagging almost never get cucked unless it's a fetish or tragedy story!

I personally blame this fucking book series by some obviously bald faggot named Tad Williams.

This book inspired the modern day fantasy trope. Even the fattest retard author of them all, GRRM was inspired by this book so you know it's shit but I'll just spoil what I feel is the biggest influence this overly-long fever dream some soi beared Californian faggot had.

So check this out right. The main character is some peasant weak faggot who secretly has king blood (lol cliche right) he meets his love interest, the princess. So can you Anons guess what happens during the course of the book series?

Oh yeah that's right! There's a whole scene where the princess gives up her virginity to some random nobleman on a ship in one of the middle books!

And the MC Still gets with her and marries her at the end of the books and makes her queen!

WTF BRO? HE DOESNT EVEN KILL THAT NOBLEMAN. THAT NOBLEMAN IS LITERALLY HANDWAVED OFF IN A FEW LINES. THE WRITER LITERALLY WROTE A GUY IN TO HAVE SEX WITH THE MAIN LOVE INTEREST. IT WASNT EVEN A LOVE TRIANGLE LIKE MOST WRITERS TRY NOWADAYS

Anyways. Are there any books where the main character doesn't get cucked?

literally what the fuck was Brandy thinking when he wrote it on a day-by-day basis? His sanderlanche tricks won't work that way, it barely worked in the last book. I know his editor retired in 2020 but RoW had some good moments like Wit comforting Kal with the dog and the dragon story and Teft's death followed by Kal going crazy and the Stormfather being commandeered by Dalinar but then again these happened in the last 200 pages at best so it was also a big stinker but in retrospect its a MASTERPIECE
I feel like I have to take HRT and become a tranny to appreciate Kaladin waving his flute in my face and doing a kumbaya routine with Syl that transforms Ishar and Nale into breaking out in their own Bollywood routine and the power of gay interracial romance prevailing over a 2000 year old Unmade motherfuck this book it has precisely zero redeeming moments I remember nothing good about this book and that's an amazing low for Brando to hit after RoW holy fuck

You could try seinen (for men) romance manga. There's a few that I've liked. There's an absolute ton of vanilla ero/h/porn manga where it's just one girl and one guy. Prose is definitely more difficult to come by, not that I've looked all that much. Having it be a monogamous sexual relationship even more so. Wanting it to be well written? Good luck.

The "romance novel" label is applied for all kinds of coomslop though.
For example here's a "romance" novel about a girl working at the minotaur cum factory as a cock milker.
>Violet is a typical, down-on-her-luck millennial: mid-twenties, over-educated and drowning in debt, on the verge of moving into her parent’s basement. When a lifeline appears in the form of a very unconventional job in neighboring Cambric Creek, she has no choice but to grab at it with both hands.
>Morning Glory Milking Farm offers full-time hours, full benefits, and generous pay with no experience needed . . . there’s only one catch. The clientele is Grade A certified prime beef, with the manly, meaty endowments to match. Milking minotaurs isn’t something Violet ever considered as a career option, but she’s determined to turn the opportunity into a reversal of fortune.
>When a stern, deep-voiced client begins to specially request her for his milking sessions, maintaining her professionalism and keeping him out of her dreams is easier said than done. Violet is resolved to make a dent in her student loans and afford name-brand orange juice, and a one-sided crush on an out-of-her-league minotaur is not a part of her plan—unless her feelings aren’t so one-sided after all.

Is it too much to ask for male targeted coomslop with a single main girl the same way as books like that?

>> No.24046511

Yes, it is, because most male readers aren't interested in reading about the emotional aspects. The physical aspect must be overwhelmingly dominant. That becomes repetitive quickly.

The main character obviously struggled with his similarities to his father, and kinda was in denial.
At some later point in the series, he's aware of what he's doing, and grown to accept it.

Same with the speaking without thinking thing. It's his character flaw. Hadrian is actually very impulsive, and sometimes loses control of himself. (what sets plots in motion)
Despite managing to rein himself in 99% of the time, and play it cool.

The book definitively gets meta with those 2 phrases, though. And use them for laughs.

The distance between the author and the book being produced has multiple layers. You got the text on the page, then you got the narrator, and then you got the author. The author and the narrator in the story are not synonymous. And from the author's pen name, you got the actual person. Conflating any of these layers is a huge presumption on the part of the reader. So to look at a scene in a Piers Anthony novel and try to infer something about him as a person puts the reader on very shaky ground. It's simply something that is not to be done.

Sanderson's been cracking at the seams since Tress, where he told a story about how people who live in poverty should be content in their station and wallowing in literal shit because if they try to improve their station in life society will collapse and that's a bad thing.
A competent editor would've pointed out to him that most of his readers would not appreciate such a message, but there was no one to tell him. Wind and Truth merely shows how out of touch he has truly grown from his fanbase.
If one follows his intentionally blank podcast, episodes about eating different kinds of steak might also be signals as to how far from the daily lives of ordinary people who can't afford food snobbery he truly is.

There are many retarded quirks I picked up reading this series. Here are two that stood out, in particular:

1. Placing the focal object at the end of the sentence:

"It was the weapon I needed, the sword."
"With influence over the galaxy, nothing can stop the wave -- the empire."
"I felt it at the top of the mountain, the wind."

2. Repeating words:

"Light. Light is what I saw when I opened my eyes."
"Darkness. Darkness is what enveloped me..."
"Valka. Valka stood there..."

Christ on a cross. Once you see the quirks, you can't unsee them.

Yeah Moshe kept him in line. I didn't read Mistborn after Kelsier died midway into the first book, so fuck his other series. Stormlight was supposed to be good consistently while he used his other series to let loose his inner Tumblerina, but now that Moshe is gone there's no difference.

2 was good. 3 was great if you count only the flashback Dalinar chapters and the Sanderlanche sequence. 4 was irredeemable except for a handful of sequences like the Stormfather showing Eshonai around before letting her soul depart, the dog and the dragon story, Kaladin becoming Odium-lite after Teft's death, the Pursuer, his power level reveal at his village, actually RoW was a masterpiece compared to the TURD that is WaT. I still cannot believe Sanderfag thought it was a good idea to have the Shinovar scenes show nothing but Monastery boss fights. Fucking hell

Wind and Truth is a great novel. It is the pinnacle of adult high fantasy. It feels jarring because the Stormlight universe is now fully linked to the Cosmere. This is going to be great! There are so many elevation I Ean ueha hu ufd

>It is time, Dalinar. That was … Cultivation’s voice.
>Speak the Words. You know them now.
>He did. He fixated on the power’s perspective, watching Tanavast betray it time and time again. He took to heart the lessons of his realm: that in this case, the destination wasn’t about a place, but about a Connection.
>It was about who you had become, not about where you arrived. The power surrounded him, and he slammed his hands together, opening a perpendicularity.
>Then he spoke to Honor the most important Words he might ever say.
>Words that only worked if he could say them truly.
>“I understand you.”

>> No.24047868

Yes, this scene is awesome because Dalinar understands Honor aeven though he sa mere mortal and it makes sense because it is very important for mortals to understand Gods or something like that sure it's not as impact ful as YOU CANNOT HAVE MY PAIN but hey haha I'll take it haha I'll take it I'll take it I'll take it and I'll take it and I'll take it I'll take it
