Any good fictions about teenagers?
The only good teenage book I read was youth in revolt. It doesn't have to be centered around love or chasing woman, can be about anything.

fucking hunger games, seriously the best novel series I've EVER read.
I was crying like a baby in every novel, for reals.

I finished all 3 in 2 days, not even Harry Potter (which I was obsessed with for YEARS) got to me that deeply. I lied there for two hours reading at one point and didn't realize anything was going on around me until someone shook me and told me how long I'd been just staring there and that they were kind've getting freaked out.
Also if you get into those theres another series called the Gone series about teens in a world where their parents kind've just vanish and it's Children of the Corn-esque but less terrifying.

Also, for light reading but kinda exciting reading Percy Jackson series I agree was pretty great.
If you're a girl, pretty little liars was alright.
ANY John Green books - Looking for Alaska, An Abundance of Katherines (personal favorite), Paper Towns (also pretty great), or his newest A Fault In Our Stars which WILL make you appreciate your life a hell of a lot more.

And then I agree with the classic suggestions of The Perks of Being a Wallflower, and Catcher in the Rye if you're looking for a nice dose of Angst.

Pretty sure Hesse wrote a couple of books about teenagers. I don't like Hesse personally, but other people think he's good. Wasn't it Demian that's about some teen kids?

I recall enjoying Abarat by Clive Barker and the Bartimaeus Trilogy when I was younger. They seem like they would probably still be good reads, though I can't quite trust my younger tastes, since at the time, I also enjoyed Artemis Fowl and Eragon.

A Clockwork Orange is about a teenager. Pygmy and Damned are Palahniuk's takes on teen lit.

I'm sorta running low here.
