There's several old tales from around the world with themes like that, people traveling to and from different heavenly bodies even fighting battles there. but I think the "early sci-fi" in the chart is supposed to be the first stories that actually read like proper science fiction, as in, speculation based on science and philosophical thought, and not just folk tales about how funny people live on the sun. Micromegas is probably the first story like that.

its my fav book of one of my fav authors but it kinda drops the ball at the end (like most of Dicks works) i like rest of trilogy as well
