Yeah but I don't know, Da Vinci Code still feels like he stumbled upon something real. I don't know how he did his research or why he decided on Holy Grail but the Priory of Sion dude saying that he made it all up... I mean we all know how it works in history. Yes, historians are right in saying that it is "not factual" or historically incorrect but that is based on their sources and stuff that they read.

But we know how history can be covered up, facts made up, etc. The Priory dude originally said it was real then maybe the church forced him to take it back? It's not like the church doesn't have history of suppressing truth. And why would anyone who is in the blood line of Jesus want to be found out? So it's obvious they'll try to cover it. And the fact that Holy Grail is not a cup, I mean it can be possible because religion related texts and stuff isn't always a direct reference. Most of them are metaphors and allegory.

So I don't know. Maybe he really is onto something. Same goes for Masonry. But the rest of the plot of Lost Symbol is crap like discovering soul and shit and I dunno what Malak ( or whatever his name was ) trying to do
