Recently, I wanted to do one of these. I can't be fucked to look up the stupid ligatures and accents. The idea was to type "naive" with the umlaut, "role" with the caret, or hat, or circumflex, and "aether" with the ligature. Yes, writing all that was easier for me than looking up the glyphs.
