On /fit back in the day people use to recommend this milkshake to people that was actually just all foods you dont realize are actually laxatives then tell them to drink a massive glass of it then go to the gym and lift heavy weights to trick people into shitting themselves in the middle of the gym.

What is the literally equivalent of this on /lit and what is the book that gets recommended to new comers just to fuck with them and see if they will actually read it.
