>BOISE, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) —Governor Brad Little just signed House Bill 710 into legislation today, otherwise known as the Library Bill.

>This would allow anyone, even people who do not reside in Idaho, to file a complaint to the public or school library, about a book for minors that they consider is inappropriate.

>Inappropriate content includes nudity, sexual conduct, sexual excitement and sado-masochistic abuse, and harmful to a minor.

>After the library receives the complaint they have 60 days to move said book to the adult section.

>If the library opposes this they can be sued for a minimum amount of $250 and any other damages.

>This law goes into effect July 1st.

What books should we request to be removed from the general shelves first? Twilight? The Bible? Diary of Anne Frank? The possibilities are endless.
