I need help, anons!

I heard talk once that there was a book on de Sade that speculated on how his works were musings and critiques on the decadent boredom of the aristocracy, not so much just his own pornographic fantasies, as is often asserted. Does this book exist, and if so, can anyone here drop a name? Would also appreciate any suggestions for literary criticism/analysis on de Sade.
