Someone should start a statistical analysis on threads on /lit/ and determine once and for all if this particular thread is the most posted. I can't help you, op, I'm tired of answering this question. I want to talk about something other than Lovecraft, House of Leaves, ASOIF and Harry Potter

Hey bro, I just discovered this cool new author and I really love her books. Her name is ayn rand, have you heard of her?

I'm a big Lovecraft fan but admitedly haven't read more than 10 or so of his works. I'd start with Call of Cthulhu and see if you like his style because it's a short story, and if you like it, try At The Mountains of Madness or Shadow Over Innsmouth. I also really liked The Color Out of Space

you can't use time-turners for going months & years into the past

I started with The Outsider and The Music of Erich Zann. It worked well for me.
