Hey /lit/,

Are there any books out there with stories revolving around imperial civilizations or empires or anything like that? I'm open to fantasy, historical, and science fiction.

Don't read the Empire trilogy. I'm a huge Asimov fan, but the Empire trilogy sucked. Asimov basically admitted as much in the afterward to one of the new Foundation novels.
