Even though I've been reading difficult books for years, I'm not happy. Does reading really lead to happiness?
I have never met a woman. Do books truly merit giving up significant parts of life, including love?

Reading good literature can deepen your understanding of the world and the people in it, but if you try to replace the only life you've got with the stories of others you're not going to experience anything meaningful.

I would never do it but you can pay some females to talk to you. I can assure you that based on the voluminous amount of conversations I have had with females your best options are simplex communication, this is also true for a number of other situations, but with females especially simplex is your best option. In double blind situations you may be able to spoof them and throw off their pattern recognition, but if they are cognizant that you are a male then they are going to default to their socially conditioned method of communication. Interfemale communication is also pretty mundane, it almost always devolves into a subconscious competition between them where one is trying to pass off as more female and another is trying to pass off as less female.
