Are there equivalents in philosophy to the physical constants, such as the gravitational constant G? Or must every statement be rationalised and justified?

They are inference rules and the "laws of thought," but as with "laws" in physics, these do get challenged. E.g., the law of non-contradiction isn't upheld in all logical systems, neither is bivalence.

No. Philosophy is speculation and should never be treated as a science.

No because philosophy is inherently subjective by definition of sophia- love. There are objectively wise statements found in Confucius and Plato. But to adore these things is not constant at all. The nature of adoration may be constant but it is a river running through your real time apprehension so there can not be anything of the sort constant in philosophy. Your relationships erode in loneliness. Your muscles erode in excess repose. Your philosophy must continuously improve and replicate itself because it is a matter of the heart which can stop beating at any moment and at any given interaction fail to resonate.

I think the law of non-contradiction more or less counts as one, especially when you consider what happens were you to reject it:

Any challenge to the law of identity must assume it and thereby affirm it. It is immutable.

Sounds pretty reductive to me. Is it helpful?
