I treat women exactly the same as men, meaning with the same expectations, and the same running assumption that respect is earned. That's why I've never respected a woman beyond the bare minimum that a human being deserves, because none of them have ever actually earned it. Women are basically men if men were slightly stupider on average, free to act like children, and somehow raised both very sheltered and very spoiled at the same time. I won't run that person down with my car or anything, but I'm not going to pretend it's not disgusting when they start crying at work because they got mildly criticized over a major fuckup.

There's definitely a correlation as you would expect people with better genetics and higher general fitness factor to be more intelligent. However, I don't think this correlation is at all the whole story -- it's quite obvious that the most attractive people are very rarely the most intelligent and vice versa. Really the people that we normally mean when we talk about the midwit range (ie. 115-130 IQ) would be likely to be most attractive, these are the type of people who are usually going to be most socially effective, getting into great colleges, then getting a great job, etc. Higher IQ outliers outside of this range, who are more likely to be creative types, autistics or geniuses, you might expect to be higher in mutational load and therefore less attractive and lower in general factor of personality.
