Sorry, you missunderstand the text in the pic.

The text in the pic says: Spinoza uses the geometrical method as a tool to bypass the censorship of his time.
You can read the theological-political tractus and find similar ideas formulated more clearly.
It appears Spinoza thinks about the bible as a book about jewish history, doesn't believe in miracles and even goes so far to doubt the authenticity of the biblical tradition.

Maybe or maybe not, this was as far as he was able to publish his view.
Remember, the tolerance of his age doesn't reach untill open atheistism.

Let me be honest at this point: there is nothing which excludes that Spinoza really believed in a kind of pantheism. Deus sive Natura!

Giordano Bruno or John Toland seems to me more clear about pantheism.
Pantheism exists to this day, as does deism. But today it is something rather rare or has more the character of a philosophical consideration than a deep belief.
