Don’t focus on the ‘propaganda’ aspect, the propaganda side of this stuff is bad and uninteresting. Instead focus on the power of your literary ideals and constantly refining them. Goebbels was pretty much writing all the time. He loved to write like how some people love the sound of their own voice. He was also a notorious womanizer so that’s probably where he learned the manipulation side of it
