ironically enough, getting his book adapted into one of the most popular series was the worst thing that happen to him. because of the greed and hubris, he still hasn't finished the series and the show went to shit because of it. Now no one cares about the show or his books and his name and legacy will soon be forgotten few years after his dead

Look, he wrote one book, Sandkings. It's sci-fi future planet where man invites his friends to watch his tank of tiny men fight elaborate ancient style wars. IT'S A GOOD BOOK

just ignore game of thrones, it's a paycheck you wouldn't turn down i'm sure.
