Schopenhauer himself says Judaism is optimistic, Christianity pessimistic. Judaism is optimistic because they basically believe that God will guarantee them victory because God specially loves the Jewish people. Of course the bible has all the Jews’ defeats in which case God scathes them and says Israel will be destroyed and whatever, but that just shows that as long as the Jews worship God they believe they will be victorious.

No, because Nietzsche rightly pointed out that it's a matter of opinion. Strong natures are optimistic, degenerate natures pessimistic.
If you see a beautiful mountain landscape you can focus on the sublime beauty of nature or you can focus on the microscopic world of struggle for existence that underpins it all, with plants fighting each other for sunlight, birds eating insects, wolves devouring birds.
Nietzsche's Dionysian pessimism is a pessimism that recognizes the facts of the world but is supposed to come from a place of such overabundance of joy and vigor that such pessimism is almost allowed as a luxury, similar to how the Greeks tirelessly affirmed life yet still held onto the wisdom of Silenus that it's best to not live and second best to die early. Greek tragedy being somewhat like a Big Mac -- if you're a fitness model with 8% bodyfat and great muscle mass, sure, enjoy your McDonalds. If you're an overweight slob, then no, you can't have McDo. Pessimism for Nietzsche is much the same.
