Did rupi Kaur throw cats into a well and drown them? Or is that a far right racist myth?

The idea that racism is an actually existent concept would have never actually taken off if enlightenment “intellectuals” hadn’t made the ontological error of tabula rasa that all humans are somehow equal in ability. There’s a reason why affirmative action exists and it’s because deep down most liberals are self-aware of their own shortcomings on the topic of actual existent equality. If human beings were truly equal in ability then it proceeds from that affirmative action would be unnecessary and even outright harmful.

the word "racism" is quite ill-defined. i have yet to see a definition that isn't either meaningless newspeak or extremely broad amalgam of quite different concepts. i challenge anyone to give me a definition that is reasonably specific.

sometimes it is necessary to say one thing (we're all equal!) but believe another (humans obviously differ from each other) for the purposes of advancing your political project to the masses

The suggestion is that black society has been damaged by various historical instances of institutional racism, and thus it produced disadvantaged students that must be lifted forcibly from poverty in order to right that wrong and restore the equality that would otherwise be present. Humans can only be equal in ability if presented the same opportunities, and even then many disparities will exist, just none between races.

I define racism as an someone prematurely judging an individual based on the average trends or statistics of their respective race, and no benefit of the doubt is given for an individual. Consider, for example, how Lynn/Vanhannen didn't even go to other countries to administer IQ tests, but they just based on GDP of surrounding nations most of the time. Even their generalizations can be called into question. Most racists simply take their generalizations as all-sweeping of all individuals.
Even in a Bell Curve you will have people of all races on the higher-end, so benefit of the doubt should always be given. Granted, a better question is why should mechanistic intelligence even be overvalued?
Anyways, I respect racialism but not racism. Racialists desire a homogeneous community, which was natural throughout human history, and they are not as concerned with hierarchies. However, I would racialism does not work in mechanized, post-industrial societies since both land and race (blood and soil) were more intimately tied in the past, but that is no longer the case.
Racists are more concerned with hierarchies based on arbitrary standards, many of which also have poor statistics to back it.

>i challenge anyone to give me a definition that is reasonably specific
The inability to rise above stereotyping based on race and judge individuals without a preconceived prejudice.

That's the straightforward definition I go by and it means shit like affirmative action and racial quotas are inherently racist.
