Are you looking for contemporary analytical metaphysics or the classical stuff?

For the former, any metaphysics anthology used for undergrad classes would suffice. For the latter, probably want to start with the Greeks (pre-Socratics, Plato, Aristotle) and then go on to the Thomists.
